One of four legs of my flight plan was shifted to another time. I decided to cancel my complete flights as allowed under European law because itinerary could not kept any more. While waiting for a refund two further legs were also delayed so I was good to decide my cancellation immediately. Now after more than three months I am still waiting for my money. My insurance took over an Kiwi is beginning to move. But of course they won’t pay back the complete money. I should have read here first hand regarding the experiences of others. This company is not helpful at all. I booked new flights by myself with different airlines. All went fine. The comfort I hoped to get from such a company was a waste of hoping. Sorry Kiwi but you missed your goals…

the worst travel agency you can imagine. booked a return flight to Kutaisi at a time convenient to me and my partner, they sent me an email changing my return alone to leave 10 hours earlier with no offer of alternative as per their policies, called to ask to change to another flight and pay the difference, denied me any rights, and stated, Go to your lawyer, live with it, that's it!!!!!booking 429 633 424

Zero support from Kiwi. Part of my flights was cancelled twice. First time they offered alternative but I had to pay additional 130 EUR (original amount was 257 for whole trip). Seond time, my flight got cancelled when I was already after my first 2 flights, waiting at the airport for connecting flight to final destination. Kiwi offered alternative to stay where I was for 5 days and then go back home. (instead of being in my final destination for 11 days, where I had everything arranged already, accomodation, cars, etc.). Nobody picks up phones. No assistance. No interest to resolve situation. I will never go with Kiwi again and I recommend everyone to do the same.

I lost 500€ because of them.I booked a flight for my family. One of the connections changed the departure time so the next flight could not ve reached. They could not offer a good flight option and also could not cancel only that flight. The whole booking had to be canceled.I used their ‘refund assistance’ where they are supposed to help you get (part of) the money back. After 7 months I had to get back to them to find out ‘the carrier denied the refund request’.When I asked for the reason, they said ‘it’s based the airline’s policy’.Totally dissatisfied, 0 help.I will never use their service again

Liars and deceivers.Summary:1. we followed what they advised us to do, and they said they would refund any charges.2. We got charged 150 Euros for following their advice.3. They refused to refund us.4. The supervisor refused to talk to us.5. Terrible company.6. Whatever you save you will pay more because of them.We booked through them and their site stated that we have to check in with the airline. We contacted Kiwi to confirm if there is anything we can do on our end or if they can help us. They said to just check in with the airline. We explained that Ryan air charges if we check in instead of doing the online check in. They assured us that they would refund us if we are charged.You guessed it we got charged. We called for the promised refund. They refused to refund. At first they said they sent us a link to verify our ID and that we didn't do that. I told them they need to check their system because they never sent one and never mentioned this in our first conversation. They realized that they didn't send a link so they said you should of called us and I told I did and I followed their advice. They didn't know what to say. I asked for the refund again. They refused. I asked for a supervisor they said he is busy. I asked that he would call me. He never did.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.This company is absolutely appalling. Service -10/10. App 0/10. Travel Agency skills — -50/10.Cancelled our flights and rescheduled them for an extra €200 and +17 hours for a 1 hour flight…. To top it off, they wanted to reschedule flying to a day where we hadn’t even arrived to the country…. Literally impossible to board this rescheduled flight. Truly Pathetic; truly an offensive attempt at a Travel Agency... shameful money grubs employing support staff overseas for minimum wage. Do not support Kiwi. You can book direct with Airlines & Skyscanner for cheaper — more security & better service.Shame on Kiwi. Shut down and leave the business to the capable.

If you're booking with Kiwi, prepare for them to scam you out of your money.Kiwi will knowingly book flights with carriers on unconfirmed flights. This means they'll accept your reservation (usually as a super saver" since it costs hundreds more to "guarantee" it)
