Worst experience with job agency ever. They provide a privatizoval day at work, they promies to pay all the expences, they paid for accomodation but not for travel costs, even though they sales me to send all the Petrom bills by post to GERMANY! The working conditions i saw there were enough for me to see that such a company not even doesnt care for employees, but also makes their lives horrible and we cant talk about work-life balance. woman “manager” sitting in front of the others and “screaming their surnames/dome of them by their mame had to tell her results of a day. When i told them i dont want to work during the weekends, they told me, that when i want to be a successful employee and good employee for them, i have to sacrifice everything to that company, i dont know, sleeping there , working 24/7 and being a slave is modern in Humanus-working agency? It was told by thomas- head of HR. Terrible communication, terrible attitude and nightmare to try there working even a singel day. They dont communication and i havent receive my 150 euro till now.
