Tourist Information Centre – Main Railway Station
Useful for a tourist, especially the free bus and trams. There is a map and a small booklet. The booklet had details of all different places to go, shops and restaurants. The map has the transport details and the locations. I found it really useful and would recommend it for anyone visiting Bratislava

It was easy to get the card. Unfortunately the guy (who sold the Card to us) seemed to be new in his job so he validated the card wrong and we couldn't get all the discounts. Therefore it was not worth to buy the card for us.

I came to this information centre because I wanted to buy wander cards but I was told (in quite a rude way) that they are not selling them the day I was there and that I should come another time. I don’t think this is the right thing to tell tourists when they come to visit the capital ...

Turistické informačné centrum mesta na hlavnej železničnej stanici Slovenskej republiky nie je práve reprezentačnou výkladnou skriňou, koniec koncov ako stanica sama. Nájdete ho zastavené v bočnej uličke smerom k čakárni. Inak spĺňa, čo spĺňať má.

Atendimento eficiente e de qualidade para a compra do Bratislava Card. A pessoa responsável faz a venda do cartão e fornece diversas informações e dicas de como aproveitar melhor o cartão. Muito solicita e disposta a incentivar o turismo na cidade.

Leider unauffindbar. Wir haben bei mehreren Angestellten am Bahnhof nachgefragt wo es die Bratislava Card zu kaufen gibt, man tat so als hätte man noch nie von dieser Karte gehört. Im Endeffekt sind wir dann zu Fuß zum Hotel marschiert...
