Tento hotel navštevujeme najčastejšie spolu s manželom, keď sme v Bratislave a vždy sme veľmi spokojní. Moderné a čisté izby, blízkosť centra, bohaté raňajky a milý personál. Tešíme sa na ďalšiu návštevu. :)

Excellent location and value for money, good sauna and even outdoor access to terrace with castle view, fitness is super and has also castle view, private paid parking, 5 min walk to city center, recommended

Great location, a few minutes of walk from the historical centre.Spacious rooms, great breakfast. Has a gym and spa free of charge.We were allowed a late check out until 1pm free of charge, and we could leave our bags for a few hours until we left for the airport.

Conveniently reachable by car or public transport.Located right at the edge of the old town.Very nice spa and wellness area on the rooftop floor with a great view.Very friendly staff.Very nice breakfast buffet.

Co sa týka hotela veľmi dobre , izby super veľmi dobre riešené.Žiaľ co sa týka skúsenosti veľmi zle. Od 26.72023 do dnes t.j. 8.8.2023 sa neviem dopracovať k suvenírom co som v hoteli zabudol s dovolenky. Hotel si poštovné vyrubil na 20eur samozrejme nemal som problém a hneď som to uhradil. 2.8.2023 mi konečne odpísali, slzy suveníry zabalili a odoslali. Dnes je 8.8.2023 žiaľ žiadna zasielka od nich nedorazila.

Great location near the castle and a short walk to the old town, the river and presidential palace.Breakfast with a €20 price tag was not something I tried.Staff was very friendly and helpful.The room was comfortable and quiet.

Nemám čo vytknúť, skvelé služby od izieb (hlavne veľmi pohodlnej postele :) ), cez wellness až po milú obsluhu a široký výber jedál na raňajkách

V zásade všetko v poriadku. Len dotiahnuť drobné detaily, ako prach na koberci popod steny, papučky neboli, izby by mohli byť aspoň kúsok väčšie, hotelová reštaurácia by mohla variť aj večer a parkovanie by mohlo byť v cene izby (ale jednu noc nám neúčtovali). Raňajky super, personál tiež. Z celkového pohľadu spokojnosť.

Room was not that clean as expected to be in a 4 star hotel.The spa center has a beautiful view of the city but the space in the sauna is shared for men and women together so it is not cool when you are, for example, girl and chilling alone in sauna (1.5x1.5m) and two completely naked guys (no towel or anything) come in. It is like por*hub vibe experience you didn't subscribe to. I feel really disgusted.Also there is no person in charge in spa center for that kind of situations as people at the reception told me.
