Nearly two weeks ago, we welcomed a new furry member, Alfie Amadeus, into our family, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to get our puppy from Cherubic Soul Toller Kennel. The family breeders, Viktória and Martin, were very professional from our first communication, and from the moment we stepped into their welcoming home for a personal visit, it was very clear that they truly care about their dogs and the families they send them off to.Their dedication to responsible breeding practices was evident as they took the time to educate us about the breed, its specific care requirements, upbringing, and training options. It was reassuring to see how much research went into finding a perfect match for their dog, Kaisey.We were immediately notified when Kaisey’s pregnancy was confirmed. When the puppies were born, the breeders created a closed Instagram account for the new owners, where we watched daily updates and videos of the puppies. We felt like we were part of Alfie’s life from the moment he was born, and we will forever be grateful for that.Alfie came to us as a happy and confident puppy, thanks to the care and attention he received during his first two months with Viktória and Martin. The experience of getting Alfie was wonderful. Viktória and Martin went above and beyond our expectations. Professional, yet kind and friendly, they loved, cared for, and treated the puppies like family.One thing that truly stood out was that the breeders are committed to the well- being of the puppies even after they leave their care. We received an awesome puppy care package that contained everything we needed to bring the puppy home, including information on training tips and nutrition guidance. We remain in regular contact with Viktória and Martin, as they are interested in how Alfie is doing and are here for us for any questions or guidance we might need.We wholeheartedly recommend Cherubic Soul Toller Kennel and are incredibly grateful for having Alfie in our lives.

The communication with Cherubic Soul kennel was always informative, fluent and friendly.Our puppy is from an amazing home - she has had a proper and excellent breeding, she was well prepared by two months time.Pedigree information, guidance and manuals. And an astonishing send-away package that had everything the new owner could wish and need for - travel package, travel cot, cute nest, kibbles, toys, collar etc.Wonderful experience: only good emotions and heart-warming feelings. Jsem moc ráda, že mám štěně zrovna od této chovné stanice. Velmi se mi líbí jejich přístup ve výchově i komunikaci s budoucími majiteli štěněte už od prvního kontaktu. Oceňuji, že s námi Viktória sdílela každý další krok již před narozením štěňátek. Cítili jsme se součástí celé cesty. Po narození jsme se poté každé ráno mohli těšit na nové štěněcí příspěvky. Viktória má vyšperkované vše do posledního detailu a je velmi ochotná zodpovědět jakékoliv otázky. Štěňátka krásně naučila základy a dávala jim maximální péči. Dostali jsme i odchodový balíček, ve kterém nás čekalo i milé překvapení. Dala si tu práci a sepsala i manuál pro první dny se štěňátkem. Nemůžeme si její přístup vynachválit.Děkujeme moc za vše a Cherubic Soul Kennel můžu jen doporučit.
