Unable to deliver basic recruiting which their sales team claimed as easy. In fact, could even find very few qualified candidates even with open salary requirements. Given lack of candidates, Lugera elected to stop the process after a few months of work and only a couple candidates even though they were on a 1 year retainer. They also decided not return any of the deposit money or negotiate towards the reduced fee even though they stopped early and produced almost no qualified candidates and few even on the fringes.Upon escalation, management ignored and failed to do anything so I had to escalate to Corporate Lugera. There was some engagement for a very brief period of time, but ultimately they were not able to compel the local franchise to action. They have tried to help directly from corporate but without the local knowledge or help they were not set up for success.I would not do business with them again and suggest prospective companies to look at alternatives.

Velmi neprofesionalne obtazujuce jednanie. Moja osobna skusenost je velmi negativna. Uchovavali si moje udaje vo vlastnych databazach z portalu profesia bez mojho suhlasu a vedomia, cim porusovali GDPR. Davnejsie som mal uverejnene telefonne cislo na profesii, ktore uz nemam niekolko rokov uverejnene. V case, ked som nemal svoje telefonne cislo uverejnene, tak mi zavolala zamestankyna na moje telefonne cislo. Nemohla ho mat s profesie, pretoze tam som ho nemal. Vyhovarali sa na to, ze v case, ked si zacali uchovavat udaje neexistovalo GDPR. To vsak neznamena, ze ich mohli uchovavat aj po tom, co GDPR prisla v platnost. Zvazujem podanie trestneho oznamena za porusovanie GDPR.

Maximalna neserioznost a neprofesionalita. Nikdy viac!
