I ordered a travelers palm. I never received it . Come to find out they do not have a phytosanitary certificate to sell in the U.S. (I did not know this). The U.S. Department of Agriculture intercepted the mail and was able to retrieve it. I am happy they did so. I purchased this plant on etsty.com and the seller lied and said their nursery was located in Hawaii. I am disabled and had no clue that you can not send certain plants via mail . In conclusion I paid for a plant I did not receive.
