Apartmány Puerto

S týmto miestom mám veľa skúseností z minulosti. Teraz má tento hotel nového majiteľa a je jasne vidieť novinky všade okolo. Nová súkromná pláž, ktorá je súčasťou hotela, je jednoducho úžasná. Naša skupina 7 osôb spala v apartmánoch Porto, ktoré sú súčasťou hotela Relax a my sme veľmi spokojní. Chceme sa vrátiť čo najskôr.

We have arrived at 10pm and even though check in is after 4pm, we did not get our room before midnight!!You have to go to hotel Zatoka for an extremely slow check-in. Once we got the key, we went to the apartment to another building. There was no light around and we had to use our phones. Apartment was not cleaned after the last guests.We went back to complain and they told us at the reception that cleaning lady went to sleep - like that is my problem! Then she did several calls and offered a room in Zatoka. Zatoka room was nicer but again not cleaned.Then we waited again and she gave us keys to another room in yet another building that we had to search with the flash light in the middle of the night. We went there and that room was not cleaned as well! It felt like someone is joking with us!!To add to that, receptionist is not speaking english and she even asked me to translate between her and another arabic speaking customer that is as well not speaking english - all that while we are waiting to hear if we are going to have any room at all.Eventually, she went with us to again another building and wanted to leave us in a room where bath cabin doors are broken and placed within the cabin itself so it cannot be used.We did not accept that and went to search for another room. She had no clue where that room was and took us by mistake to one stairs, then down, then another stairs and again down. Eventually we got in the room that was sort of acceptable. It seemed cleaned at the first look, but sheets had stains, hair and pillows were all kinds of yellow. We took clean towels, put around the pillows and below us, slept in clothes as it seems like a place that could give you all sorts of bacteria..We asked for a full refund, but instead got only 15eur back. What a shame, this place should be closed or at least removed from booking!!

Ubytování v apartmánu Puerto bylo relativně OK, byla zde lednička, klimatizace, nový vařič, nádobí, mikrovlnná troubam, televize atd. U apartmánu zastřešené venkovní posezení.Bohužel musím dát jen 3 hvězdy za čistotu a úklid. Uklizeno je tzv. na oko, ale celou dobu doufáte, že nic nespadne za postel, ať ji nemusíte odsouvat :). Ono by stačilo jednou za čas uklidit pořádně, protože to není nepořádek, který vznikne ze dne na den. Také bych doporučil pořídit nová prostěradla, bude to působit daleko lépe. Záchodové prkénko také nebylo úplně v dobré kondici.

Skvelý tip na rodinnú dovolenku

Veľké sklamanie. Čosi strašne. Hneď pri vstupe bolo na zemi špinavé prádlo a bolo tam po celú dobu pobytu. Izba (3x3 metre) ako v nemocnici - až na ten rozdiel, že v nemocnici máte pohár a samozrejme mydlo-tu nič. Špinavé uteráky aj umývadlo. Chladnicka hrčala celý deň a samozrejme aj v noci ak si ju nevypnete...Jedlo super.Krásna pláž aj jazero, ale to samozrejme nepatrilo k Apartmánom Puerto.

Objednali sme dvojizbový apartmán. Ubytovali nás vedľa Puerto v iných apartmánoch. A nič nám ne povedali. 380 eúr za víkend nám stala - špina, prach, jedna z dvoch izieb bez klímy, kde nedalo sa spať a na záver, zažili sme stretko" s myšami. Ďakujem pekné
