Súkromná materská škola Espania

Wonderful place with an incredible team. Our son spent 3 years in Espania and learnt so many things, played, and discovered numerous activities. I warmly recommend this school !

Our son attended Espania for 3 years. We are now preparing to move back to our home country. We feel very lucky that he spent his early years in such a stimulating and caring environment. He can now express himself quite well in English and Spanish, in addition to our native language.The teachers, but also all the other employees (direction, reception, technical staff) have always been very professionnal, friendly and creative. We could feel they truly enjoy working with young children. Groups are small and a lot of attention is given to each child. Interesting extra activities are often proposed (swimming, climbing...). The meals are varied and healthy. Parents receive a nice daily report through WhatsApp.Espania was also very convenient for practical reasons (good location, some flexibility about arrival time, open almost all year round).It was a very good experience for our family !

Well-equipped kindergarten and nicely decorated.However, the defects that I’ve seen there so far surpass any kind of qualities . The internal management sucks . I was also suspicious about the comment that was left her by an ex-teacher (Lee) but after having my own experience there I can only strongly confirm what she said.Children there are not really well-encountered since they mix different age groups together. In addition to that, when children go to nap, they all go together boys and girls and they change their clothes all at once and a male teacher will help them to take off all of their clothes (naked) literally and me as a mother I would never wish for this to happen to my daughter.I was trained there for couple of days to work as a teacher and I was planning to bring my son to study there as well but these days were largely sufficient to change my mind. I advise any parents to think of their decision twice before enrolling them there.

Nas syn ma ma od nastupu do skolky uz treti rok rovnakych lektorov ( Diego & Leyla ) s ktorymi ma vytvoreny vynikajuci vztah . Espaniu mozeme len odporucat, umiestnit sem syna spatne hodnotime ako najlepsie rozhodnutie . Po troch rokoch v skolke syn plynule hovori dvomi svetovymi jazykmi .

I was a teacher at Espania for almost three years and there were many things I loved about the school, but there were also many things that were uncomfortable, troubling, and ultimately resulted in my leaving the school. I was drawn to, and stayed with this school due to, the interesting dynamic of having students learn in multiple languages and the unique set-up of the school's schedule and classrooms. The students will always be the highlight for me, as will the group of teachers who consistently showed love for their students.However, management crippled an otherwise promising environment. The usual lack of communication or structure was intensified ten-fold during the COVID-19 pandemic when management:- sent messages to parents that teachers would go to students' houses during stay-at-home orders for one-on-one lessons; there was no discussion with teachers beforehand.- did nothing to communicate with teachers after the school closing on March 13th about our work status (if we would be working from home, doing online classes, taking from our 20-day allotted holidays). It took a week for management to reach out and propose live youtube channels on our staff Whatsapp group chat with the hope" that parents would support teacher salaries

Škôlku navštevujú moje dve deti, prvá dcérka už tretí rok a s jej prístupom sme extrémne spokojní. Deti hovoria plynule dvoma cudzími jazykmi, neustále sa niečo nové učia, majú zážitky z aktivít a výletov, ktoré škôlka neustále organizuje...prístup všetkých zamestnancov je veľmi príjemný, aj ako rodič sa do škôlky každý deň teším:)
