Grand Hotel River Park, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Good hotel, outside of town centre, parking price to high, spa you have to pay extra, bed and pillows are not up to the ***** hotel and TV project blue clock light that is disturbing during night time. Silence in room during nightime is a plus.

Tento hotel splňuje 5*. Izby sú priestranné a pekne zariadené, výborný matrac a pekná kúpeľňa s vaňou aj sprchovym kútom, všade čisto ,výhľad na Dunaj.Zion spa je krásne s výhľadom, dobre vybavené a čisté. Obsluha od recepcie cez reštauráciu, spa až po roomservis je milá ochotná a rýchla. Jedlo dobré, raňajky bohatý vyber. Jedinú drobnosť co môžem vytknúť na izbe chyba roomservis menu. Aj keď je tam niekde qr kod, pohodlnejšie by bolo, keby bolo na papiery a tiež toaletné potreby(kefka, pasta, odličovacie tampóny…) sú síce zdarma, ale nie na izbe, na vyžiadanie Vám ich prinesú. S pobytom sme boli veľmi spokojný.

Superb experience at this hotel. Great staff, super friendly. The bar in the hotel was top notch and staff in the spa. The Riverbank section at the back of the hotel was the only thing that wasn’t 5*. The reception , hotel bar and spa were fantastic

I stayed a few weeks at River .They always renew the soup in the bathroom, the cleaner is really good they organize your sink etc.the location is really good, close by the old city as well. There is a grocery store nearby too. The menu is not that expensive too.I’ve been to several masseurs in Bratislava, but I really liked the technique an therapist. She works at Zion SPA on the 11th floor.For those wondering why there's an intercom next to the toilet, it's so you don't have to stop using the restroom to answer a call from reception. If you were in the shower, it's okay to pause and answer a call. But using the restroom is more private and harder to interrupt, which can be stressful, especially for people with constipation. Ha. Having an intercom next to the toilet is a well-thought-out idea.The breakfast is excellent, with many options, and everyone is very polite.The female staff at the reception may not always be as polite during business hours, but they are always professional, efficient and quick in their work. It may be a cultural thing.

Great hotel, close to some restaurants and next to a business area.There is spa which is paid 35eur per guest but very nice.

Excellent experience close to Danubio river. Rooms are amazing and sight over the river is something you will always remember. In addition the hotel is very close to the city center, even you can reach it up by walking.

For the most part, it was a lovely stay. Our room was wonderful with a view of the river. The amenities were top quality (shower gel, shampoo) but the towels were not plush but rather scratchy. The Living Room, which is their version of an executive lounge was lacking. There’s no buffet at night and no breakfast and doesn’t open until 11 am. This means no coffee or tea in the morning except in the restaurant. There was wine, beer and some sandwiches available all day from 11 am but no snacks. Definitely not what we’re used to. On one of our mornings, breakfast was completely overwhelmed with a large group and we couldn’t get waited on. This is where a normal executive lounge would’ve been nice for at least a cup of coffee.

This is a very nice hotel that is located a 20 minute walk from the old town. The “River view” rooms are not worth any premium as the hotel is sandwiched in a way that makes the view worthless. Our room was nicely appointed and very clean, but service throughout the hotel was nonexistent. If my wife and I return, we would stay elsewhere.
