Why should I be forced to balance all 4 wheels instead of 2 that I requested. Saying that they are not able to charge me for only the two and I would have to pay for 4 wheels regardless ?!! Does not make any sense.Also young mechanic still needs to learn to use the brain rather than force, so I wouldn't need to be straightening wheel centre caps after he re-installed them forcefully.Had more pleasant experience in the past when owner was present and did actual work himself.
